職位描述/Position  Description：  
              
            支持（負責）公司（R&D）質量體系的規劃和建立，建立/跟蹤R&D和相關項目的質量目標，配合（組織）公司（R&D）的質量審查。  
              
            Support  (Responsible  for)  company(R&D)  the  planning  or  establishment  the  quality  system.  Establish  and  follow  up  the  quality  target  for  R&D  and  projects.  Support(Organize)  the  quality  system  audit  to  company(R&D).  
              
            主要職責/Main  Responsibilities：  
            .  負責規劃和建立R&D質量體系；  
            Responsible  for  the  planning  and  establishment  of  R&D  quality  system.  
            .  支持公司質量體系的建立；  
            Support  the  establishment  of  company  quality  system.  
            .  負責建立R&D和項目的質量目標；  
            Responsible  for  establishment  of  quality  target  for  R&D  and  projects.  
            .  負責跟蹤和管理R&D和項目的質量業績；  
            Responsible  for  the  tracking  and  management  to  the  quality  performance  of  R&D  and  projects.  
            .  負責R&D的質量體系審查。  
            Responsible  for  the  quality  system  audit  of  R&D.  
              
            任職要求/  Qualifications：  
            .  本科或以上，汽車、內燃機、機械或材料等相關專業；  
            Bachelor  degree  or  above.  And  major  in  automobile,  engine,  mechanism,  material  and  other  concerns.  
            .  英語良好，能用英語作為工作語言。通過大學英語四級或以上；  
            Good  ability  on  English  and  able  to  work  in  English.  CET-4  or  above.  
            .  具有3年或以上工作經歷，2年或以上的汽車行業質量工作經驗；  
            3  years  or  above  work  experience.  And  2  years  or  above  experience  on  quality  of  automobile  industry.  
            .  熟悉ISO/TS16949和相關質量工具。  
            Know  well  with  ISO/TS16949  and  the  concerned  quality  tools.
